I start by listening to users, data and the people I work with. I break down complexity, ask the right questions and focus on what brings the most value.
I’m comfortable navigating ambiguity and I adapt quickly when priorities shift. For me, the best outcomes come from clear communication, fast feedback loops and a shared sense of purpose.

Define the requirements
Start by outlining the business needs, requirements, timelines and constraints. Understand the minimal deliverables and business expectations.

Discovery & research
Collect information and explore the problem space. Look into previous research, conduct heuristic & competitive analysis to learn more about the current state.

The minimal change
Keeping project constraints and business goals in mind, align on the smallest possible solution that offers the most value and impact.

Analyse the results
Dive deep into the user journey and explore user scenarios, stories and personas to help with decision making.

Design exploration
Exploring a range of possible solutions, discussing with engineers, stakeholders during exploration. I go for quantity over quality.

Test & iterate
Create an interactive prototype for user testing. The level of details and fidelity depends on what I want to test. Analyse test results to understand what needs to be changed and fixed.

Refinement & handoff
Polish the design and prepare if for engineering handoff. Working closely with engineers to ensure for a successful handoff and QA’ing the implementation.

Monitoring
Track performance using qualitative and quantitative data to spot friction, drop-offs, or unmet expectations. Identify improvements & delivery to guide the next iteration.
